New Features

Excel Export for Tabulation Sheets New

A new Excel button on the tabulation view downloads a fully formatted workbook — multi-row headers, subject and segment breakdowns, subject highs, GPA/letter grades, totals, fail highlighting, and print setup all included. Exports respect the filters applied on screen, and the sheet is built from the same shared dataset as the web view, so the spreadsheet always matches what you see.

Security & Data Integrity

Single Final Marks Submission New

A new Single Mark Submission setting lets an admin require that each exam subject & section be submitted once and then locked. After a teacher submits final marks, further edits and re-submissions for that scope are blocked, with concurrent submissions handled safely, and the marks page clearly shows the lock state. Admins can review every teacher submission lock in the exam marks view and release a lock to reopen a scope when a correction is genuinely needed.

Marks Locked After Result Publication

Once an exam result is published, its marks become immutable. Teachers switch to a read-only marks page with clear lock messaging, the exam-list action changes from Enter Marks to a locked View Marks, and save/edit controls are disabled. The lock is enforced on the server too — any attempt to update marks for a published exam is rejected with a 403 — so results stay trustworthy after they go out.
